These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website ondeckhub.com and the services it provides (the “Service”), operated by OnDeck (“OnDeck,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What OnDeck is

OnDeck is a free youth baseball tournament finder. We aggregate publicly available tournament listings from third-party sanctioning bodies (such as Perfect Game, USSSA, NCS, PAC, Five Tool, and others) and present them in one searchable dashboard. Browsing, filtering, and searching tournaments does not require an account.

2. Accuracy of information — please verify with the organizer

Tournament information on OnDeck — including dates, locations, age groups, fees, team counts, and registration links — is aggregated automatically from third-party websites. That information may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect, and it can change at any time without notice.

Always confirm the details directly with the tournament organizer or the official sanctioning body before registering, traveling, or paying. OnDeck is an informational tool and is not responsible for decisions you make based on the information shown.

3. Third-party sites and registration

Registration links and other outbound links take you to third-party websites that OnDeck does not operate or control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, payment processing, or practices of those sites. Your dealings with any tournament organizer or third party are solely between you and them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy the Service’s content, or attempt to access it by automated means, except as expressly permitted;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it or its underlying systems;
• misuse or attempt to circumvent the administrator sign-in.

5. Accounts

The Service includes a secure sign-in used by site administrators. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Account features for general users (such as saved searches and alerts) are in development; when they launch, we will update these Terms to describe them before you use them.

6. Intellectual property

The OnDeck name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by OnDeck. Tournament data, team names, and third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are shown for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service grants you rights in any third party’s trademarks.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information it displays is accurate or current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnDeck and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or your reliance on information shown, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; if we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
