The OnDeck Circle is your free account on OnDeck. It's the place to build your season, keep an eye on the tournaments you're considering, and get told when something changes.

Youth baseball tournaments are scattered across a dozen sanctioning sites, and the good ones fill up long before anyone announces it. Browsing OnDeck needs no account at all and never will. The OnDeck Circle is what turns browsing into a season you're actually managing: instead of ten tabs and a note on your phone, one list that remembers what you picked and tells you when a tournament is filling up.

What's inside

Schedule

Your season in one place. Add the tournaments you've committed to and OnDeck flags date conflicts before you enter, so two events on the same weekend show a warning rather than a surprise in June. Past events tuck themselves into their own group so the list stays about what's ahead.

Watchlist

The shortlist. Tournaments you're still weighing up, kept apart from the ones you've actually committed to, so "thinking about it" and "we're going" never blur together. One tap moves a tournament over to your Schedule once you decide.

Alerts

Set up alerts based on tournaments you're watching. Get an email when a division starts filling up (once, or daily while it fills), when new teams register for an event you're watching, or when registration is about to close. Set them per age group, so a 12U alert isn't triggered by 8U signups.

Team Search

Search any team by name and see every tournament they're registered for. The fastest way to find out where your competition is playing this season, or to check you're getting the level of tournament you're looking for before you commit to it.

Look back at past tournaments

OnDeck keeps every tournament it has ever listed, including the team lists. Set the home page's date filter back and you can see who actually played an event last season, which is worth knowing when you're deciding whether a tournament is worth entering this year. Anyone can look back 7 days. Members can go further.

Creating an account is free, and the free tier is a real one, not a trial that expires. It covers a single team's season comfortably:
